for the release of empty containers for export loadings

As a general rule empty containers for export loadings are released to the customers from the main Evergreen depot located at the address: St. Petersburg, Stachek avenue 47 ( entrance from Korabelnaya street 2 ).

Aside from the main depot, empty containers can be also released to the customers from “Voskhod” terminal providing that they are available at that terminal.

Additionally for the customer’s convenience, upon the agreement with business department of LLC «Evergreen Shipping Agency (Russia) Limited, for the certain particular bookings necessary amount of empty containers can be accumulated according to the customer’s request at some other terminal that is located within St. Petersburg city limits.

Upon receiving of empty container the customer shall present to LLC «Evergreen Shipping Agency (Russia) Limited in writing the corresponding Guarantee Letter according to the stipulated form specifying the customer’s liability for:

·	safety of the container equipment from the moment when it has been released to the customer or to his authorized representative at the depot or at the corresponding terminal;
·	coverage of all costs connected to the storage and handling of empty container from the moment when it has been released to the customer or to his authorized representative at the depot or at the corresponding terminal;
·	delivery of containers with cargo cleared for export to the corresponding terminal in the port of St. Petersburg for further shipment to the agreed export destinations within the agreed period of free rent of container equipment;
·	full coverage of all costs that may occur due to the loss or damage of the container equipment, as well as of the costs for the additional rent of containers.

When empty containers for a certain particular booking are being accumulated upon the customer’s request at the terminal chosen by the customer, the customer shall additionally guarantee in case of the booking cancellation according to the request from LLC «Evergreen Shipping Agency (Russia) Limited to return at his own expense the unused empty containers to the main Evergreen depot or to any terminal located within St. Petersburg city limits, or to pay in full all the costs connected to such return.

If the customer keeps empty container equipment released for export loadings more than 10 days over the agreed free container rent period, LLC «Evergreen Shipping Agency (Russia) Limited reserves its right to demand from that customer to return at his own expense the released empty containers to the main Evergreen depot or to any terminal located within St. Petersburg city limits.
