Above mentioned tariffs are applicable to the transportations performed within European part of the Russian Federation.
Tariffs for the transportations performed within other territories of the Russian Federation are subject to the special quotation.
Insurance is valid for 40 days from the date of the corresponding application.
In case of loss occurrence, Customer has to inform about this LLC “Evergreen Shipping Agency (Russia) Limited” within 3 working days and follow further instructions.
IMPORTANT!!!
According to item 17.3. General Agreement of the cargoes insurance ¹ 350/09/539 from 29.12.2009, the Insurer (IC «Rossia») refuses the right of the subrogation to the Insurer (LLC “Evergreen Shipping Agency (Russia) Limited”) and to the Customer of the Insurer (Client) to whom the Insurer transfers the container in time using, in cases when on norms of the current legislation the last bear responsibility for damages or destruction of the insured container, except cases of destruction or damage of the container, caused by intention of the Insurer or its Client. However the aforesaid is not applicable to the subcontract organizations involved with the Customer of the Insurer to performance of transportation.
